Naphtha crack falls, gasoline below $11/bbl

“Naphtha east-west spread has jumped, lifting July arbitrage prospects”, Sparta’ analyst Jorge Molinero said in a note.

Reuters, May 26, 2025 – Sparta Commodities’ analyst Jorge Molinero commented on the naphtha market, noting that the East-West spread has surged, boosting July arbitrage prospects. Meanwhile, gasoline margins eased slightly, and traders are focused on Pertamina’s gasoline term tenders, which exclude Singapore-origin cargoes in favor of supplies from the U.S. and Middle East.
