India exports first fuel to Europe since ban on Russian crude-derived products

With Europe yet to resume diesel imports from India post-ban, Sparta’s James Noel-Beswick notes that Reliance can segregate non-Russian streams and is likely to pursue workarounds such as FOB sales or blending structures if European buyers remain cautious about compliance.
