Monthly EMEA Chart Pack: June 2026
Iran-US peace deal optimism has dragged crude back to pre-war levels, with contango returning and Hormuz transits climbing. WTI/Brent is narrowing on the August tenor as US stocks rebuild, while USGC-to-Europe diesel stays shut and gasoline E/W turns bearish as Europe loses its East of Suez outlets. Fuel oil’s war premium has gone, but AG summer burn is holding a floor.
▸ Crude back to pre-war levels. Contango has returned and Hormuz transits are climbing as “return to normal” sentiment takes hold.
▸ WTI/Brent compression trade. The August spread is narrowing as US commercial and SPR stocks rebuild from lost draws, even with weaker TD25 rates.
▸ USGC-to-Europe diesel shut. Yanbu-to-Rotterdam is the only clean positive route, with a Russian export ban a key upside risk.
▸ Bearish August gasoline E/W. East of Suez supply is building faster than the West, and Europe is losing outlets.
▸ Fuel oil war premium gone. 380 E/W has found a floor, with Saudi summer burn capping the downside.
